Job Description
Qualifications include:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction. Experience overseeing projects valued between $5M and $50M+. Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Experience with healthcare, education, corporate interiors, retail, or institutional projects is preferred. Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and client relationships. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
