As a Recovery Technician Coordinator, you will lead, supervise, and support a team of Recovery Technicians while fostering a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment. You will be both a hands-on leader and a direct contributor to the safety and quality of care our clients receive every day.Responsibilities include:
Supervise, train, and mentor Recovery Technicians in day-to-day tasks, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to thrive Manage hiring, onboarding, timecard approvals, and performance evaluations to build a strong, competent team Schedule Recovery Technicians to ensure staffing levels align with all applicable regulations and policies Monitor and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory guidelines Complete all required documentation accurately and on time, including incident reports, shift reports, and inspection reports Foster a positive, high-performing work environment by modeling SCADD's mission, vision, and values at all times Perform Recovery Technician duties as needed, including: Orienting new clients to the facility and reviewing program rules and expectations Completing non-clinical admission paperwork and documentation Screening incoming client property for inappropriate items Managing and coordinating medical, behavioral, emergency, or facility issues quickly and efficiently, notifying the appropriate authority as needed Answering and directing incoming telephone calls Monitoring the security of the department regularly Participate in the orientation of new employees and the transfer of knowledge essential to the performance of dutiesWhat You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of related experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role Valid and unrestricted Driver's License and CPR Certification Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Commitment to trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented practice, and SCADD's values of diversity, equity, and inclusion Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Why SCADD?
