For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Staff & Management Client & Site Management Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, address concerns, and maintain strong client relationships. Partner with clients to understand service needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement. Operational Oversight Manage day‑to‑day janitorial operations across multiple sites, ensuring staffing, scheduling, and service delivery meet contract requirements. Perform routine quality inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Support hiring, onboarding, and training of frontline staff; provide coaching and performance feedback as needed. Ensure all employees follow safety procedures, proper use of equipment, and company policies. Inventory & Supplies Oversee inventory levels for cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment at each site. Ensure timely ordering, distribution, and tracking of materials to support uninterrupted service delivery. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities Maintain awareness of site budgets, labor hours, and operational costs to ensure financial targets are met. Review and approve timesheets, schedules, and work orders. Assist with preparing cost estimates, proposals, and additional service quotes as needed. Monitor and manage work orders, ensuring timely completion and accurate billing. Travel Travel daily between assigned sites within the Virginia region; reliable transportation required. Respond to urgent site needs, client requests, or operational issues as they arise. Qualifications Previous experience in janitorial, facilities, or operations management preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support frontline teams. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to conduct inspections, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions. Basic understanding of budgeting, labor management, and financial controls. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment with frequent travel. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. About Us ABM (NYSE:
