Job Description Construction Superintendent Supervise all aspects of multifamily, wood-frame residential construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on track. Ensure construction meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure alignment on project goals. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports and documentation. Problem-solve and make decisions to address challenges that arise during construction. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Superintendent should have: Experience with multifamily, wood-frame residential, and new construction projects. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards. Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Problem-solving skills to address challenges during construction.
