What You'll Do:
As the SAFE Family Recovery Program Supervisor, you will oversee daily program operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with DCF and program requirements. Lead the day-to-day operations of the SAFE Family Recovery Program and ensure services are delivered according to program standards and contractual requirements. Oversee referral, intake, assessment, and case management processes to ensure timely and effective support for families. Provide supervision, coaching, and performance management to program staff while supporting professional development and certification requirements. Monitor documentation, reporting, and compliance activities, including data entry and quality assurance requirements. Serve as the primary liaison with DCF, courts, community partners, and stakeholders to support positive client outcomes and program success.
What You'll Bring:
Master's degree in a behavioral health field with active Connecticut licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC . At least three years of experience providing clinical and recovery support services. Supervisory, leadership, or program oversight experience in behavioral health, substance use, family services, or related settings. Experience working with culturally diverse populations and collaborating with community partners and systems of care. Strong organizational, communication, conflict resolution, and project management skills.
