- New London, you will be responsible for: Supporting Project Managers throughout all phases of project delivery Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and project cost tracking Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and engineers Assisting with procurement and contract administration Maintaining project schedules and milestone updates Supporting field operations and coordinating with Superintendents Reviewing drawings, specifications, and construction documents Tracking project progress and preparing project reports Utilizing construction management software to maintain project records and communication Participating in project meetings and documenting action items Assisting with project closeout and turnover activities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred 2-5 years of experience in Project Engineering, Assistant Project Management, or Project Coordination Experience with ground-up construction projects and/or civil construction projects Strong proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, Viewpoint, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment Desire to advance into a Project Manager role Former athletic experience is strongly preferred but not required, as candidates with athletic backgrounds often bring a strong work ethic, competitive mindset, leadership ability, accountability, and team-first mentality What's on Offer Competitive base salary: $70,000
