is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead heavy civil and infrastructure projects across the New England region. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a background in civil construction, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure projects who enjoys owning projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company with a strong pipeline of work and a collaborative, field-focused culture where your leadership will directly impact project success. What You'll Do Lead heavy civil construction projects from start to finish (roadway, rail, utilities, infrastructure) Champion safety by enforcing policies, developing HASPs, and ensuring OSHA/client compliance Manage project budgets, cost controls, and financial performance Oversee scheduling (CPM/P6), planning, and execution Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams Support Superintendents with work plans, logistics, and production tracking Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and change orders Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders Mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff Requirements To be considered, preferred applicants should present the following: 5-10+ years of experience in construction project management (civil / heavy civil preferred) Experience managing projects ranging from $1M
