Job Description As a Project Manager

• New London, you will be responsible for: Managing ground-up multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and forecasts Coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and ownership teams Managing procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor buyouts Reviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, and change orders Monitoring project costs and maintaining financial controls Leading project meetings and providing regular project updates Collaborating closely with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution Managing project documentation, reporting, and project controls Identifying project risks and implementing proactive solutions Coordinating inspections, approvals, and turnover activities Ensuring all work meets project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations Supporting successful project closeout and owner handoff MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction Extensive experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects Experience with garden-style, podium, wrap, mixed-use, or luxury multifamily developments preferred Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control experience Experience managing subcontractors, consultants, and project teams Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project execution Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills What's on Offer Competitive base salary: $130,000
