In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to the development of innovative infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to develop detailed project schedules. Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work progresses according to schematics and blueprints. Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and contracts to secure materials and services efficiently. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project scope and technical accuracy; interpret Civil 3D models for site planning. Monitor project progress through regular site inspections and coordinate with subcontractors to resolve issues promptly. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), daily logs, and incident reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct site safety meetings regularly. Manage project teams by assigning tasks effectively while practicing excellent time management skills to meet deadlines. Skills Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in high end residential projects. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques. Familiarity with contracts administration and negotiation processes within the construction industry. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings including Civil 3D models and schematics. Excellent project coordination skills with a focus on time management and resource allocation. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations applicable to construction sites; ability to enforce safety protocols effectively. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
