About the Opportunity My client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of luxury custom home projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a detail-oriented, high-touch environment and takes pride in delivering best-in-class residential construction. You will play a critical role in bringing complex, high-design homes to life—working closely with elite tradespeople, consultants, and discerning clients. Responsibilities Project & Site Management Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to completion Maintain project schedules and ensure timely execution of milestones Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections Quality Control Ensure all work meets high standards for luxury craftsmanship Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address deficiencies Maintain strict adherence to plans, specifications, and design intent Team & Client Coordination Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants Participate in client walkthroughs and provide clear, professional updates Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders Scheduling & Logistics Manage short-term and long-term construction schedules Coordinate deliveries and sequencing of trades Anticipate and mitigate potential delays Documentation & Compliance Maintain daily logs, reports, and site documentation Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes Track RFIs, changes, and field communications Benefits and Rewards Opportunity to work on high-profile, architecturally significant luxury homes Collaboration with top-tier architects, designers, and craftsmen Competitive compensation aligned with experience Exposure to complex, design-forward construction projects Professional growth within a respected, high-performance team A culture that values quality, precision, and pride in craftsmanship INDH
