Construction Project/Sales Manager

This multi-tasking position is hands-on, in the field and in house . Responsible for coordinating the planning and supervising of construction projects, from start to finish for Decorative Concrete Solutions LLC also known as Concrete Floors Company LLC. Specializing in concrete floors with applications of epoxy, flake systems, polishing, grinding, stamped concrete and flat concrete floors. Organize and oversee projects and ensure they are completed in a timely and fiscally responsible, efficient manner. Must have computer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively solicit new leads and track in lead software program Site visit for new leads, determine the scope of work, measure and write up proposal Coordinate all construction projects and schedule to meet deadlines Work directly with our Office Staff and reports to the Owner, Ken Larrow Site visits daily for each current project, communicating with the workers and owner of the project Determine needed resources; manpower, equipment and materials from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations with our Estimator Able to read and understand blueprints Order product and material for each job using our Purchase Order System Schedule field employees in the Busy Busy time management system Acquire equipment, material and monitor inventory stocks Evaluate progress and prepare reporting for each job Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a Concrete Construction Project/Sales Manager in the field and in the office Working knowledge of computer systems and programs In depth understanding of concrete construction procedures, material and principles Outstanding communication, organization, time management and negotiation skills and be a team player
