This position supports our production and operations teams by helping maintain organized job sites, delivering materials, supporting our fleet and facility, and ensuring our crews have what they need to succeed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working both indoors and outdoors, and contributing to a team that takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Field Support Set up job sites to company standards, with attention to cleanliness, organization, and accuracy. Deliver materials between vendors, the shop, and active job sites. Assist with job site cleanup and material returns. Support installation crews by ensuring job sites are properly stocked and organized. Maintain a professional appearance and represent Burr positively at job sites and supplier locations. Shop and Fleet Support Help maintain an organized shop and inventory system. Support facility maintenance and organization. Assist with fleet maintenance coordination and vehicle upkeep. Help ensure company equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use. Administrative Support Track inventory movements and maintain accurate documentation. Record material pickups, deliveries, and returns. Maintain fleet and equipment records. Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed. Qualifications Required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Professional communication skills. Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and documentation. Preferred CDL Driver preferred. Basic construction or home improvement knowledge preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 60 pounds. Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 85 pounds. Ability to safely navigate active construction sites. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to climb ladders, maintain balance, and perform physical job site tasks. Schedule Full-time position, Monday through Friday. Typical hours are 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Candidates must be available for occasional early-morning, evening, and after-hours operational needs, including weather-related issues, material deliveries, job site emergencies, and schedule changes.
