We are currently searching for Construction Site Superintendents/Project Managers for immediate start; Responsibilities Work closely with Project Manager handling all aspects of the project Ensure Industry Safety Standards are met and followed Communicate directly with the client Provide document control, attend site meetings & take minutes Coordinate the work of numerous contractors, provide daily reports reports, attend site meetings and take minutes Review site conditions and produce RFI's if needed Monitor daily construction activities to ensure project is on schedule and of the highest quality Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred but not required FTP Construction project management experience (Procore knowledge a plus) Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to client or facility executives Public sector experience a big+ Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks Valid Drivers License & ability to travel within
