As a Site Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting the operational excellence of banking facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Waterbury, CT Pay rate : $30 What's the Job? Oversee the daily operations of retail banking facilities to ensure smooth functioning and safety compliance. Coordinate and manage vendors, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service. Develop and implement maintenance programs, inspections, and reports to uphold facility standards. Assist in managing budgets, capital improvements, and operational expenses. Act as the primary point of contact for client satisfaction and facility-related issues. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management or related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in retail or banking facilities management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office programs and CMMS systems. What's in it for me?
