Role Description We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interior, tenant fit-out, and retail construction projects from sales support/pre-construction through closeout. Typical Responsibilities include:
Manage multiple projects from planning through completion Assist with pre-sale/preconstruction as needed Develop, track, and control project schedules, budgets, and costs Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable building codes Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions Prepare and present regular project status reports Assist with Site Supervision and coordination of daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution as required.
