Positions Available:
1 Position Summary YIIU is seeking a qualified On-Site Supervisor to support a federal Government engagement with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Capital Access (OCA), Office of Credit Risk Management (OCRM) in Washington, DC. The On-Site Supervisor will provide day-to-day on-site supervision of contractor personnel assigned to the SBA worksite and serve as a point of coordination for personnel and administrative matters. In accordance with the Performance Work Statement, the On-Site Supervisor will also hold another labor category under the contract. Supervisory responsibilities are performed as a collateral function in addition to the individual's assigned labor-category responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site supervision of contractor personnel assigned to the SBA worksite. Ensure contractor personnel comply with applicable personnel suitability and security requirements. Review and certify personnel security packages for completeness and accuracy, as required. Monitor employee time, attendance, and timecard information. Coordinate and provide appropriate payroll-related information. Address employee leave and attendance matters. Address employee wage and benefit questions or disputes, as applicable. Support personnel actions involving employee performance, discipline, and termination, when necessary. Coordinate required employee training and maintain applicable personnel and training records. Assist in resolving personnel and administrative issues affecting contractor employees at the worksite. Coordinate with the Contractor's Project Manager and Government Contracting Officer/Contracting Officer's Representative, as appropriate, regarding site-related issues. Support successful transition and continuity of contractor personnel and services. Perform the responsibilities associated with the individual's other assigned PWS labor category in addition to the supervisory function. Education and Experience Candidates should possess either: A bachelor's degree , or 10 years of relevant experience managing contracts of similar scope and complexity across multiple locations. Candidates should also have experience with successful transition planning and execution involving three or more contractor employees . Knowledge of SBA loan programs, risk-management activities, and related policies and procedures is preferred. Knowledge and Skills Candidates should demonstrate the ability to: Supervise and coordinate contractor personnel. Manage personnel, attendance, timekeeping, training, and administrative matters. Support personnel suitability and security-processing requirements. Maintain appropriate personnel and training documentation. Coordinate effectively with contractor management and Government representatives. Identify and resolve day-to-day personnel and site-related issues. Support transition activities and continuity of contract operations. Communicate effectively in a professional Government work environment. Work Location and Schedule This position is on-site in Washington, DC . The authorized service window is 6:30 AM-6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday . Individual contractor employees generally work an 8-hour day and 40-hour workweek .
