Washington, DC Job Details Full-time $90,000 - $135,000 a year 1 hour ago Qualifications Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description As the Construction Senior Project Manager at Atmos Solutions, you will oversee large, complex construction projects from planning through closeout, leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and serving as the primary liaison with clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, controlling costs, mitigating risks, coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and resolving technical and operational issues to ensure projects are completed successfully and efficiently. The candidate's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Project Planning and Coordination Lead the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Contract Management:
Manage contracts and procurement processes, including bid evaluations, subcontractor selection, and negotiation of terms and conditions. Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications. Resolve any contractual disputes or issues that may arise during the course of the project.
Quality Assurance and Control:
Implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure that construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to promptly identify and address quality issues. Implement best practices for quality management and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the construction process, taking proactive measures to prevent or address issues as they arise. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment for all project stakeholders.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and budgetary considerations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Address client concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
