Senior Superintendent - K-12 & Commercial Construction - Washington, DC We are working with a reputable general contractor in the Washington, DC area seeking a Senior Superintendent with experience in K-12 school construction and diverse commercial projects. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in managing complex field operations and delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish Manage schedules, subcontractors, and daily site operations Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines Coordinate with project managers, owners, and inspectors Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders

Qualifications:

8+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction Strong background in K-12/school projects required Experience managing a variety of commercial project @types Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills Deep understanding of safety regulations and construction best practices
