Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Superintendent
- Construction for a direct hire opportunity supporting commercial construction projects.
- Lead daily commercial construction activities and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, architectural plans, and civil plans to guide field execution.
- Monitor project schedules, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve jobsite issues before they impact project progress.
- Enforce safety standards, maintain quality workmanship, and ensure the jobsite remains clean, organized, and professional.
- Maintain daily reports, jobsite photos, documentation, punch lists, and project closeout records.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and field personnel to support successful project completion. Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
- Company-paid travel expenses.
- Per diem provided.
- Overnight travel is common, with project stays typically lasting 1 to 3 weeks.
- Travel is required to commercial construction projects within approximately an 8-hour radius of the Pittsburgh area.

- Lead commercial construction field operations and daily jobsite coordination.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, schedules, documentation, and site safety.
- Support project closeout, final inspections, punch list completion, and protection of jobsite materials and equipment.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience required.
- Restaurant experience required
- Experience level of 3 to 5 years is strongly preferred for this Superintendent
- Construction role.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, architectural plans, and civil plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Comfortable using email and basic computer programs.
- Valid driver's license required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Forklift experience required.
- Ability to travel and stay overnight for project assignments as needed. Preferred Qualifications
- Additional commercial construction superintendent or field leadership experience.
- Experience coordinating project closeout, final inspections, and punch list completion.
- Strong working knowledge of jobsite safety practices, subcontractor coordination, and construction quality standards.
- Prior experience managing projects involving commercial, office, or similar construction environments.
