Site Supervisor - Construction

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to lead construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with various teams, and ensure quality standards are met. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and safety protocols will drive the success of our projects and foster a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project plans Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow Monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to meet deadlines Oversee quality control processes by inspecting work sites, reviewing schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and workforce allocation Enforce OSHA regulations and conduct safety meetings to promote a culture of safety on-site Review contracts and change orders to ensure compliance and proper documentation Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Ohmmeter for project tracking and quality assurance Lead supervising teams by providing clear direction, managing performance, and fostering professional development Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and schematics Qualifications Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong background in heavy civil or pipeline projects Proficiency in construction management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Primavera Solid understanding of construction estimating, budgeting, blueprint reading, and project scheduling Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with using tools such as Ohmmeter for quality control testing Strong management skills with prior supervising experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and managing client expectations Join us to lead impactful projects that build communities while advancing your career in a vibrant and supportive environment!
