First Class Lawncare is a landscape design-build and commercial landscape maintenance company serving Delaware and the surrounding region. We specialize in high-end residential landscapes, commercial landscape maintenance, hardscaping, irrigation, and outdoor living spaces. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about the landscape industry and wants to grow with our team. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized Commercial Landscape Maintenance & Installation Development Manager to oversee and grow our commercial maintenance division while helping develop installation opportunities with both new and existing clients. This position is ideal for someone who has strong leadership skills, understands commercial landscape operations, enjoys building client relationships, and can identify opportunities to expand our services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership, communicates effectively, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial landscape maintenance crews and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Schedule and coordinate daily maintenance operations, enhancements, and seasonal services. Conduct regular site visits and quality control inspections. Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, HOAs, municipalities, and commercial clients. Identify and develop opportunities for landscape enhancements, irrigation improvements, tree work, seasonal color, drainage, hardscaping, and other installation projects. Prepare estimates and proposals for maintenance enhancements and installation work. Coordinate projects with office staff, project managers, subcontractors, and field personnel. Assist with budgeting, production planning, and labor management. Monitor equipment, materials, and job costs to maximize efficiency and profitability. Train, mentor, and develop crew leaders and field employees. Resolve client concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety standards and industry best practices. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance, landscape construction, or a related field. Previous supervisory or management experience required. Strong knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance practices, plant material, irrigation systems, drainage, turf management, and seasonal services. Experience estimating landscape enhancement or installation projects is preferred. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. Highly organized with strong time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience with LMN, Aspire, or similar landscape management software is preferred. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
