ABOUT THE ROLE A
successful installation starts before our crew arrives. You'll connect with our customers, sales team, installers, warehouse, and management, making sure schedules are clear; job details are complete, and equipment and materials are ready. This role is ideal for someone who anticipates problems, follows through without being reminded, and enjoys bringing order to a busy day. You'll have a direct impact on our crews' productivity and our customers' experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the installation schedule for plumbing and HVAC jobs, coordinating crew availability, job requirements, and customer needs. Review sold jobs for complete scope, equipment details, documentation, and special requirements before scheduling. Serve as a primary customer contact throughout the installation process, setting clear expectations and providing timely updates. Coordinate with sales, installers, warehouse staff, and management so everyone knows what's needed and what comes next. Confirm equipment and material readiness with the warehouse and flag missing items before they delay a job. Coordinate permits, inspections, and other installation requirements as needed. Confirm appointments and communicate schedule changes promptly. Keep job records, customer notes, and installation schedules accurate and current. Address scheduling conflicts and bring the right people together to resolve issues. Track open items, follow-up work, and inspection requirements through completion. Identify ways to improve handoffs, prevent delays, and make the installation process more efficient.
WHAT YOU BRING
Excellent organization and attention to detail. Clear, professional communication and a customer-focused approach. The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt when plans change. Strong follow-through—you track the details and close the loop. Practical problem-solving skills and the confidence to ask questions early. Comfort using scheduling software, customer records, and everyday computer applications. The ability to work effectively with both office staff and field crews. A dependable, accountable, team-first approach.
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, home services, installation coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or project coordination is preferred. ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
