Review contracts to ascertain service, machine, and workforce requirements; Answer inquiries from potential customers regarding methods, materials, and price ranges; A ssist in training new staff and completing work whenever necessary; Prepare estimates according to labor, material, and machine costs; and Visit work sites to ensure activities are in accordance with standards.

Requires:

Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish to deal with clients and employees (direct and indirect) from Latin America;Experience in organizing work schedules is a must; Great communication and organization skills; 12 months of experience asField Supervisor/Manager; Shift Supervisor/Manager; or related occupations.
