We need someone who knows the ins and outs of South Florida permitting and has hands-on experience working with both Miami-Dade and Broward County building departments. If you're organized, proactive, and skilled at navigating local permitting processes, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Prepare, submit, and manage building permit applications for residential home improvement projects. Coordinate with Miami-Dade and Broward County building departments to navigate requirements and secure approvals. Track application statuses, follow up on pending permits, and resolve documentation issues. Maintain accurate records and ensure applications meet jurisdictional requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and project managers to keep projects moving efficiently.

What We're Looking For Required:

Direct permitting experience with both Miami-Dade and Broward County building departments. Experience in construction, remodeling, roofing, windows and doors, or residential permitting. Knowledge of local permitting procedures, documentation, and online submission systems. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
