Site Coordinator Overtime Mon - Sun 7 am - 7 pm Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on and dependable Site Coordinator to oversee daily operations within our outdoor storage yard and logistics environment. This role is responsible for supervising yard personnel, coordinating material movement, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe, clean, and organized worksite. The ideal candidate has experience in outdoor operations, warehouse environments, or event setup and is comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Overtime availability is required based on operational demands. Key Responsibilities Supervise staff responsible for loading, unloading, and organizing materials Maintain a safe, clean, and organized yard environment Verify incoming shipments using bills of lading and purchase orders Inspect received freight for damage and accuracy Stage materials for delivery and customer pickup Assist with inventory control and cycle counts Track material movement using internal systems Process shipment documentation and daily logs Ensure adherence to safety procedures and conduct equipment checks Communicate with team members, drivers, customers, and supervisors Support warehouse functions and outdoor project setups Work Environment Outdoor work in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, cold) Overtime required Travel throughout Florida may be necessary Requirements OSHA 30 Certification a plus

High School Diploma Bilingual:

English & Spanish Basic computer/data entry skills Valid Drivers License Reliable transportation Ability to work overtime Willingness to travel within the US
