Job Description Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities. Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain efficiency. Conduct inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards. Mentor and lead on-site teams to achieve project goals effectively. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Superintendent should have: Extensive experience in managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and building regulations. Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively on-site. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and project specifications. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $165,000.
