Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards Organize and allocate resources including labor, materials, and equipment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred, not required) 5+ years of experience in construction, with a strong background in commercial projects Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt in a dynamic work environment Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and ownership of projects Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Compensation & Benefits Industry-leading compensation package Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, etc.) Positive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for career growth and advancement Apply now for the next step in your Construction Project Management Career!
