FIELD SUPERVISOR/FOREMAN (With Experience in Kitchen Cabinets)

Field Supervisor/Foreman - Kitchen Cabinets (Southwest Florida Coast) Paramount Depot - Miami, FL Full-time | Day Shift | On-site About the Role Paramount Depot is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor/Foreman to oversee kitchen cabinet and countertop projects throughout the Southwest Florida Coast region. This position requires someone who is fully fluent in English — able to read, write, and communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. We're looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in managing projects from start to finish. This is a regional field position supporting active projects throughout: Fort Myers Cape Coral Naples Estero Bonita Springs Sarasota Manatee County Candidates must be willing and able to travel/commute between these areas based on project needs. As projects are completed, employees will be reassigned to other active jobsites within this territory. This is not a single-site position. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work throughout the Southwest Florida region are required. Responsibilities Manage multiple kitchen cabinet and countertop projects from planning through completion Ensure all projects meet scope, schedule, and budget expectations Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports Communicate regularly with management, clients, subcontractors, and vendors Lead project meetings and provide consistent progress updates Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce quality and safety standards Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational challenges as needed Travel between active project sites throughout the Southwest Florida Coast region Must be punctual, reliable, organized, and able to lift up to 25 lbs when necessary Qualifications 3+ years of experience in kitchen cabinet and countertop projects (required) 3+ years of experience in multi-unit construction/project management (required) 3+ years of construction management experience (required) Must be fluent in English — able to read, write, and communicate effectively (required) Excellent scheduling, budgeting, and documentation skills Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities Proficient with project management tools such as Procore, Trello, or Confluence Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project management frameworks preferred PMI or PMP certification preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Schedule Full-time 8-hour day shift Monday through Friday On-site position with required travel between Southwest Florida project locations Compensation & Benefits Starting at $55,000 per year (depending on experience) Performance and annual bonuses 401(k) retirement plan Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Vacation About Paramount Depot Paramount Depot is a trusted name in kitchen cabinets, countertops, and building materials, proudly serving clients across Florida.
