•English & Spanish Required Position Summary AA Luxury Homes is seeking an experienced, responsible, and highly organized Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple new residential home construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing construction schedules, subcontractors, inspections, material coordination, jobsite progress, quality control, and communication between the office, field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and other parties involved in each project. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable managing multiple homes simultaneously, and capable of identifying and resolving construction issues before they cause delays. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required , as this position requires daily communication with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, office personnel, and other project participants. Key Responsibilities Manage new home construction projects from pre-construction through final completion and turnover. Develop, maintain, and monitor construction schedules for multiple active projects. Coordinate subcontractors and construction crews, including concrete, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, stucco, flooring, cabinets, painting, landscaping, and other trades. Schedule subcontractors in the proper construction sequence to maintain project timelines. Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress and verify that work is being completed according to plans, specifications, and AA Luxury Homes' quality standards. Review construction plans, engineering documents, specifications, and scopes of work. Coordinate material orders and deliveries to ensure materials are available when needed. Monitor material usage and report shortages, damaged materials, incorrect deliveries, or other issues. Coordinate required inspections and follow up on failed or pending inspections. Work with subcontractors to correct deficiencies and prepare projects for reinspection. Maintain consistent communication with subcontractors regarding schedules, jobsite readiness, corrections, and project requirements. Monitor construction quality and ensure work is completed according to approved plans and applicable requirements. Identify potential delays or construction problems and develop solutions to keep projects moving. Verify completion of subcontractor work before reporting construction phases as complete. Maintain accurate project records, progress updates, photos, inspection information, and construction documentation. Communicate project status, delays, concerns, and upcoming milestones to management. Coordinate final punch lists and ensure outstanding items are completed before project turnover. Help maintain clean, safe, and organized construction sites. Coordinate with office personnel regarding invoices, subcontractor payments, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation when required. Maintain professional relationships with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and other project partners. Perform additional construction management duties as required by AA Luxury Homes. Qualifications Experience in residential construction, new home construction, or construction project management is strongly preferred. Knowledge of the different phases and proper sequence of new home construction. Ability to read and understand construction plans, specifications, and basic engineering documents. Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple construction projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Comfortable working both in the office and in the field. Basic computer skills and ability to work with email, spreadsheets, project documentation, photos, and construction management software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for jobsite visits. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Preferred Experience Experience with Florida residential construction , permitting and inspections, subcontractor coordination, construction scheduling, material purchasing, punch lists, and managing several homes at different stages of construction is preferred. Ideal Candidate AA Luxury Homes is looking for someone who takes ownership of assigned projects and actively monitors each construction site rather than relying solely on subcontractors to report progress. The ideal Project Manager will anticipate upcoming construction needs, maintain consistent communication with the office and field teams, address problems promptly, and ensure that each home progresses efficiently from one construction phase to the next. The Project Manager must be comfortable communicating professionally with both English
•and Spanish-speaking teams. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this position.
