• Oversee daily field operations for a ground-up luxury residential project exceeding $30M
• Perform and verify project layout without reliance on subcontractors
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
• Drive schedule, quality, and safety performance throughout construction

• 5+ years of construction experience with significant luxury residential project exposure
• Proven track record delivering ground-up custom homes valued at $30M+
• Strong layout capabilities and deep understanding of field construction practices
