They have a strong pipeline of office, medical office, restaurant, and retail work from Dade to Palm Beach county. Projects are ranging from $1-5M, with a lot of work in TI and builcouts. They are seeking a strong Project Manager with experience running multiple, fast paced projects. The Successful Applicant The traits for a successful Project Manager include: 3-5 years experience in project management with a commercial general contractor.
