They specialize in complex commercial construction projects, with a strong focus on high-end hospitality and restaurant work. Their portfolio includes nationally recognized brands and projects ranging from interior renovations to ground-up developments valued at $5M+. Job Description Develop and manage project schedules from preconstruction through project completion Partner with Preconstruction, Project Managers, and Superintendents to create and maintain baseline schedules Monitor schedule performance, critical path activities, milestones, and project forecasting Standardize scheduling processes, templates, reporting, and best practices across the organization Identify schedule risks and assist project teams in developing recovery plans and mitigation strategies MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
