Location:

Volusia County, FL The Opportunity Join a growing construction team with a 3-year pipeline of secured work. We are seeking a Permit Expediter to help drive projects forward by managing the permitting process from start to approval. What You'll Do Manage and track permits from submission through approval Coordinate with local municipalities, inspectors, and agencies Prepare and submit permit applications and required documentation Monitor timelines and proactively resolve delays or issues Partner with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accuracy Stay up to date on local codes, zoning, and permitting requirements What You Bring Experience with permitting in Volusia County / Florida jurisdictions Strong understanding of construction documents and processes Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong communication and follow-up skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Why This Role Stands Out Stable pipeline (3+ years of work secured) High-impact role supporting project timelines Growing company with long-term opportunity
