Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the ground-up construction of a four-story, 82-unit luxury condominium building within a larger mixed-use development in Delray Beach, FL. This landmark project includes residential, retail, office, and hospitality components and represents one of the region's most significant active developments. The selected Project Manager will own the condominium scope from preconstruction through closeout while collaborating closely with the broader mixed-use development team. This role sits within the general contracting group and reports directly to the Project Executive. The Project Manager will oversee an Assistant Project Manager and Superintendents, ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of the luxury condo building from pre-construction through closeout Own project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting Coordinate subcontractors, procurement, and contract administration Develop and manage project schedules and key milestones Lead and collaborate with APM and field Superintendents to ensure quality and execution Ensure compliance with Florida building codes, inspections, and permitting Serve as a key point of contact with internal leadership and project stakeholders

Key Qualifications:

10-15+ years of Project Management experience in ground-up construction Experience delivering multifamily, condo, or mixed-use projects Strong background in budgeting, cost control, CPM scheduling, and subcontractor coordination Knowledge of Florida construction codes, permitting, and inspections Proven leadership experience managing project teams (APM, Superintendents) Strong communication and organizational skills
