In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all on-site activities, ensure safety compliance, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your expertise will drive project success by delivering high-quality work on time and within scope, fostering a collaborative team environment, and upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Lead daily on-site operations, supervising construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless workflow and timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor project using Procore construction management software Oversee quality control processes by inspecting work sites regularly, ensuring compliance with blueprints, schematics, and industry standards. Manage site safety programs in accordance with OSHA regulations; conduct safety meetings, enforce safety policies, and address hazards promptly. Review contracts, change orders, and construction estimating documents; ensure all work aligns with contractual obligations and budget constraints. Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, progress photos, and compliance records for project tracking and reporting purposes. Supervise onsite personnel by providing clear direction, managing performance expectations, and fostering a productive team environment. Skills Extensive experience with construction site management including supervision of crews and subcontractors. Proficiency in ProCore construction management software Demonstrated ability in quality control practices ensuring adherence to safety standards (OSHA) and industry regulations. Excellent management skills with proven supervising experience; capable of leading teams effectively under tight deadlines.
