What You'll Do as the
Project Superintendent:
Lead construction of luxury custom homes from groundbreaking through completion Manage field operations while maintaining exceptional quality, safety, and scheduling standards Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, architects, and homeowners throughout the project Deliver projects that exceed Florida building code requirements through meticulous attention to detail Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation using Procore and related technology Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards Build trusted relationships with homeowners while providing outstanding communication throughout construction Mentor field personnel and promote a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safe, organized jobsites Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Purchasing, Design, and Executive Leadership Must-Haves as the
Project Superintendent:
10-15+ years of residential construction experience Minimum 5 years managing luxury custom residential projects Experience building high-end waterfront or coastal homes Proven leadership experience managing field teams and subcontractors Strong communication and customer relationship skills Experience with Procore Bluebeam proficiency OSHA 30 certification Strong understanding of luxury residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control High attention to detail with an uncompromising commitment to craftsmanship Nice-to-Haves as the
Project Superintendent:
Experience building in Southwest Florida Knowledge of advanced building envelope systems and coastal construction techniques Experience managing $5M-$30M custom home projects Passion for mentoring younger field personnel Strong technology skills and comfort adopting new construction software Ongoing professional development through industry certifications or continuing education
