Manage the overall community (or communities) construction schedule to ensure the timely completion of houses in a quality manner Scheduling, quality control-phase punch, cost control, safety, regular customer communication, orientation, orientation list, one-month list, invoice approval, update plans, fill out and send in Neal schedule, frame walk with the customer, homeowner warranty, community/site cleanliness Manage trade partners while continually monitoring and evaluating for safety, scheduling, quality, and cost control Maintain a clean and orderly worksite that meets the Neal standards and is visually appealing Check homes thoroughly before all stages of construction Check thoroughly before pouring the slab, hanging sheetrock, and setting grade Coordinate invoices as required by the Accounting Department Provide above-average customer service during the construction process and regular customer communication Ensure a safe worksite and comply with all safety guidelines and other regulatory requirements Encourage and foster a team environment with effective communication and problem-solving when needed Continuing education through appropriate seminars, conferences, and classes The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Business, or other related fields is preferred A minimum of 4 years of experience with a production homebuilder Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service skillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
