If you want to run real projects, own outcomes, build teams, and grow with a company that is aggressively scaling
- keep reading.
Who We Are (and why this is different) FP Restoration is not a mom-and-pop restoration shop, and we're not a bloated national brand drowning in bureaucracy. We are a high-growth restoration platform building something rare in this industry: Disciplined operations Serious commercial work Standardized systems Real career paths Technology and automation that actually reduce admin drag Our long-term vision is to become the most operationally efficient, tech-enabled restoration company in the Southeast , and we are building the leadership bench now to get there. This role matters. The Role (What You'll Actually Do) As a Construction Project Manager at FP Restoration, you are the CEO of your projects .
You will:
Own projects from kickoff through closeout
- schedule, budget, quality, and client experience Lead crews, subcontractors, and vendors with authority and clarity Drive documentation, compliance, and billing without excuses Coordinate closely with estimating, operations, and leadership to eliminate rework and delays Manage multiple jobs without chaos because you run a system, not a guessing game This is not a hand-holding environment.
You will be trusted, measured, and held accountable. The Standard (Who We're Looking For) We're hiring top-tier PMs , not warm bodies. You're a fit if: You've run construction or restoration projects where time, money, and pressure actually mattered You understand how poor documentation destroys margin
- and you don't tolerate it You can command a jobsite, not just "coordinate" one You communicate clearly with clients, adjusters, owners, and internal teams You think in systems, not excuses You want more responsibility over time
- not the same role forever Experience in restoration, commercial construction, or complex insurance-driven projects is a strong advantage
- but leadership, execution, and discipline matter more than industry buzzwords. What We're Offering (Be Honest
- This Matters) Competitive compensation tied to responsibility and performance Clear expectations and real authority A leadership team that actually supports operations (not just talks about it) Commercial and large-loss exposure — not just small residential churn Career progression into Senior PM, Operations Leadership, or Market Leadership for the right people A company that is investing heavily in systems, automation, and training — so PMs can manage projects, not drown in admin If you're good, you will grow here.
If you're great, you will be dangerous here. What This Is NOT Not a "clock in, clock out" PM role Not a place for people who need constant supervision Not a company that tolerates sloppy execution or finger-pointing We move fast. We expect ownership. We reward results. The Bottom Line FP Restoration is building the next tier of restoration leadership in Florida. If you want to be part of a company that's scaling with intention — not chaos — and you're ready to be held to a high standard, we want to talk. Apply if you want responsibility, growth, and real work. Don't apply if you want comfort and excuses.
