Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remodeler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and remodeling, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. This role involves working on various remodeling projects, ensuring quality control, and adhering to project schedules. The Remodeler will play a crucial role in transforming spaces while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Foreman Responsibilities Interpret and analyze blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications. Coordinate with project managers and other team members using software such as ProCore and Prolog. Ensure quality control throughout the remodeling process, addressing any issues promptly. Schedule projects efficiently, managing timelines and resources effectively. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. Assist in budgeting for projects, tracking expenses, and managing costs. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Technician Requirements Proven experience in remodeling or construction work. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding construction documents. Knowledge of quality control processes in construction is essential. Ability to manage project scheduling effectively to meet deadlines. Experience with budgeting for construction projects is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
