WHAT YOU'LL DO
Plan, coordinate, and oversee HVAC projects from design to completion Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope Lead and mentor project teams, including superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors Serve as the main client contact, providing clear communication and responsive service Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and building codes Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and optimize performance Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure a smooth close-out process

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 3-5
years of project management experience in HVAC or construction Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project Excellent communication, budgeting, and leadership abilities Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and codes Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
