OBJECTIVE
The On-Site Manager maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that will nurture relationships with clients, colleagues, and employees. Professional dress attire is required to City Wide standards. Take ownership of the territory as it is your own business. As a leader in our organization, your job is to identify the needs of the people who you serve and fulfill them. Very Physical job!
Essential Functions:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and long-term retention. Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all services meet or exceed contract expectations. Resolve client concerns quickly and proactively to maintain customer satisfaction. Lead, coach, and support Night Managers and Independent Contractors to ensure operational excellence. Recruit, interview, onboard, and evaluate Independent Contractors as business needs require. Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring contract compliance and service quality. Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships through additional services and solutions. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, equipment, and supply needs across assigned accounts. Maintain accurate documentation, quality reports, and operational records using CRM and company systems. Partner with Operations, Sales, HR, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless service delivery and account management. Monitor budgets, labor costs, and account performance while maintaining profitability. Travel throughout your assigned territory to visit client locations, conduct inspections, and support field operations. What Makes You Successful Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration. 1+ years of Customer Service Experience. 1+ years of Management Experience. Driver's License
