Job Description

CitrusCraft Homes is a growing scattered-lot homebuilder focused on delivering quality new construction throughout Citrus County, Florida. We specialize in identifying and developing individual homesites across established communities, bringing new housing opportunities to buyers while revitalizing neighborhoods. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Warranty Coordinator to join our growing new home construction team. This position is responsible for receiving homeowner warranty requests, coordinating inspections and repairs, dispatching vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring warranty items are resolved in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicates effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal team members. Responsibilities Receive and process homeowner warranty requests via phone, email, and warranty portals Schedule and coordinate warranty inspections and service appointments Dispatch subcontractors and vendors for warranty repairs Track and manage open warranty claims to completion Communicate with homeowners regarding repair timelines and updates Maintain accurate records, notes, and documentation of all warranty activity Coordinate with construction managers and trades to ensure quality repairs Prioritize emergency and high-priority service requests appropriately Assist with warranty walk-throughs and homeowner orientation as needed Ensure all warranty work is completed in accordance with company standards and manufacturer warranties Qualifications Previous experience in construction, warranty coordination, customer service, or administrative support preferred Knowledge of residential construction practices is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office, email systems, and scheduling software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional and positive attitude when interacting with homeowners and vendors Preferred Skills Experience with construction management or warranty software Understanding of trade scheduling and dispatching Ability to read basic construction plans and scopes of work Benefits Competitive pay Paid time off Health insurance benefits Growth opportunities within the company Supportive team environment
