Full-Time Looking for Your Last Great Opportunity? Are you an experienced Florida Certified General Contractor looking for something more rewarding than simply working for someone else? We're building a residential home services company focused on quality craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth. We're looking for the right licensed contractor to become our Qualifying Agent and Construction Manager while helping shape the future of the company. This position is ideal for an experienced contractor who enjoys leading projects, mentoring others, and being part of building something meaningful. What You'll Do As our Qualifying Agent, you will provide leadership and oversight for residential construction projects throughout the Tampa Bay area. You'll work alongside an owner who is committed to growing the business the right way while maintaining high construction standards. Initially, you'll be heavily involved in project management and construction oversight. As the company continues to grow, your role can transition into a more supervisory and leadership-focused position.
Projects include:
Full home remodels Room additions Kitchens and bathrooms Doors and windows Soffit and fascia Gutters Siding Painting Interior and exterior repairs Residential renovations General home improvements Responsibilities Serve as the company's Florida Qualifying Agent. Supervise residential construction projects. Ensure all work complies with Florida Building Code. Lead crews and subcontractors. Assist with estimating and selling projects. Maintain quality control. Help develop company systems and construction standards. Mentor employees and help build a professional construction team. Qualifications Active Florida Certified General Contractor License (CGC preferred). Extensive experience in residential construction. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience managing multiple residential projects. Honest, dependable, and customer-focused. Looking for a long-term opportunity to help build a growing company. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
