With multiple towers underway, this firm is expanding its leadership team and building out its high-rise division in a serious way. This is not a maintenance PM role. This is a true Senior Project Manager seat leading vertical projects 30M+ from preconstruction through closeout, representing the company directly with developers, architects, and ownership groups. What You'll Be Doing Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction and buyout through delivery and closeout Manage large-scale luxury high-rise projects (20+ stories) simultaneously Direct Project Managers, APMs, and Project Engineers to maintain alignment on schedule, cost, and quality Oversee subcontractor scopes, bid leveling, and buyout strategy Serve as primary liaison between ownership, architects, consultants, and field leadership Develop and manage full project budgets and forecasts Review subcontractor pay applications, change orders, and cost reports Implement cost control strategies and identify value engineering opportunities Partner with accounting and executives on billing, collections, and financial reporting Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to protect design intent Conduct site visits to monitor safety, logistics, and quality control Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies What They're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred 10+ years of progressive experience managing luxury high-rise, hospitality, or large commercial builds Proven leadership on projects 20+ stories or $50M+ Strong command of scheduling, contracts, and financial controls Experience managing structural, MEP, façade, and interior trades Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Polished communicator comfortable leading high-level client meetings Must speak Spanish Knowledge of South Florida permitting and construction logistics strongly preferred Why This Role Stands Out Direct access to executive leadership Opportunity to help shape and scale a growing high-rise division Commission potential for bringing in new projects Collaborative, hands-on leadership culture Competitive benefits package #
