  • Lead day-to-day field operations for a healthcare renovation project.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality and safety standards.
  • Manage construction activities within an active hospital environment.
  • Drive successful project delivery through completion and turnover.

  • Healthcare renovation experience is required.
  • Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site logistics.
  • Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams.
  • Effective communicator with a collaborative leadership style.
