full-time A leading national design-build general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing construction team supporting aviation, industrial, advanced technology, and complex commercial projects . We're looking for a builder who understands the full project lifecycle and can independently manage project scopes while developing strong relationships with field teams, owners, designers, and subcontractors. Responsibilities Manage projects from planning and buyout through construction and closeout Own cost control, forecasting, contracts, change management, procurement, and project documentation Coordinate closely with Superintendent and field teams Manage subcontractor performance and project deliverables Communicate effectively with owners and design partners Mentor junior project-management staff Qualifications Project management experience with a general contractor or design-builder Ground-up commercial, aviation, industrial, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, or similarly complex construction experience Strong cost, schedule, procurement, and subcontractor-management capabilities Bachelor's degree preferred Willingness to travel based on project requirements This position offers the opportunity to join a substantial national project pipeline while maintaining a long-term career connection to the Southeast.
