Superintendent :

Planning :

Define project objectives, establish timelines, and allocate resource

Scheduling :

Develop and maintain the construction schedule Quality control : Ensure that the work meets quality standards

Compliance :

Monitor compliance with all regulations, including zoning, permits, and licensing

Communication :

Communicate with stakeholders through regular written and oral reports Risk management : Assess and manage both on-site and off-site risks
