Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of construction workers on residential projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and documentation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate execution of project plans. Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and tracking expenses using tools like HeavyBid. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate timely delivery of materials and services. Implement effective project scheduling techniques to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a focus on residential projects.
