full-time About the Company We're working with a small but growing General Contractor that is building out its commercial portfolio across the Treasure Coast and is looking for a hands-on Commercial Superintendent to join the team. About the Role The role will focus primarily on commercial tenant improvement and renovation projects throughout Stuart, Port St. Lucie and the surrounding areas. You'll have a lot of autonomy on projects and the opportunity to become a key part of a growing business rather than just another number in a large organization. Responsibilities This would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, taking ownership of their projects and having a real influence on a growing company. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience Strong background in tenant improvement, interiors, renovation or commercial build-outs Able to independently run projects from mobilization through completion Strong knowledge of subcontractors, scheduling, quality control and site safety Comfortable coordinating with owners, architects, inspectors and subcontractors Local to Stuart, Port St. Lucie or the surrounding Treasure Coast area Organized, reliable and able to take ownership of projects Preferred Skills Pay range and compensation package Opportunity to join a small, growing GC with a strong pipeline High level of autonomy and direct access to leadership Local commercial projects with limited travel Competitive salary and benefits Genuine opportunity to grow with the company as the business expands Equal Opportunity Statement
