  • Manage luxury residential projects from preconstruction to closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
  • Communicate regularly with homeowners and stakeholders

  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to oversee multiple project phases simultaneously
  • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contracts

Offer Salary:
$110,000 - $140,000+ + bonus + benefits
  • 80% employer-paid healthcare coverage
  • Every other Friday off
  • PTO and 401(k)
