Manage luxury residential projects from preconstruction to closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Communicate regularly with homeowners and stakeholders

Strong client-facing communication skills
Ability to oversee multiple project phases simultaneously
Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contracts

$110,000 - $140,000+ + bonus + benefits
